Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Non-Returnable Items Used or opened products. Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling. Products returned after the 7-day window. Exchange Policy Exchanges are allowed for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit. Refund Policy Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
